Limitations

IEPAssist does NOT:

• Provide legal advice or recommend legal actions
• Diagnose disabilities or recommend classifications
• Recommend specific placements, schools, or programs
• Interact with schools or districts on your behalf
• Generate or write IEPs (that is the school's responsibility)
