How do I upload my child's IEP?
Open the app, tap "Upload IEP" on the home screen, and select a PDF or photo of the document. The app will analyze it and provide a plain-language summary.
How long is my uploaded document stored?
All uploaded IEP documents are automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days. You can also delete them manually at any time from within the app.
Can I delete all my data?
Yes. Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete My Data." This immediately and irreversibly removes all your data from our servers, including your account, documents, and chat history.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to change or cancel your plan.
